Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the Quotive website, the application and the public quote pages you share with your clients.
Account data
We collect the data required to operate your account: name, email, company, language, timezone, plan, branding preferences and quote settings.
Business data
We process the information you add to Quotive: clients, products, services, prices, currencies, taxes, quotes, comments, statuses and related documents.
Signature data
When someone signs a quote, we record minimal evidence of the act: signer name, email verified by code, acceptance of terms, date and time, partially masked IP address, browser/device summary and the document integrity seal.
How we use data
We use information to provide the service, generate quotes, share public links, record signatures, send notifications, show metrics, prevent abuse, improve the product and provide support.
Public links
Quotes can be shared through unique links. Anyone with the link can view the document and perform the actions enabled for its current status, such as commenting, requesting changes, rejecting or signing with email verification.
AI and imports
If you use AI or import features, we may process the data you provide to generate suggestions, preliminary text, summaries or catalog imports. Do not use those features for information you are not allowed to process.
Providers
We may use infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, analytics, email and AI providers to operate Quotive. They receive only the data needed to provide those services.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active or while needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or maintain signature evidence.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, including authentication, encryption in transit, account isolation, audit records and access limits. No system is perfect, but Quotive is designed to reduce risk.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. Some signature evidence or operational records may be retained when needed for security, compliance or legal defense.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The current version will be published on this page.
