Service
Quotive is a platform to create, send, review and sign commercial quotes. It includes client management, catalog, public links, status tracking, simple e-signature, metrics and Pro features.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your data up to date, protecting your credentials and controlling who has access to your account. You must notify us if you detect unauthorized use.
Content
You are responsible for the content you upload, including quotes, prices, taxes, commercial terms, client data, files and instructions. You must have the necessary rights to process that information.
Acceptable use
You may not use Quotive for illegal activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, malware distribution, limit evasion, abusive scraping or infringement of third-party rights.
Public links
Public quote links are access credentials for the shared document. Send them only to authorized people and regenerate or invalidate them if you suspect they were shared improperly.
E-signature
Quotive records the signer's acceptance with name, email verification, date and time, minimized technical evidence and an integrity seal. The signature is intended to document acceptance of the quote; final legal validity depends on applicable law and how each party uses the document.
Plans and payments
The Free plan includes usage limits. The Pro plan enables additional features and may be billed monthly or annually according to the current offer. Prices, limits and features may change; we will communicate relevant changes when appropriate.
Availability
We work to keep Quotive available and secure, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, incidents, external providers or causes beyond our control.
AI features
AI features generate suggestions or preliminary text. You must review any output before using it in a quote or client communication.
Intellectual property
Quotive, its brand, interface, design and software belong to their owners. You keep your business data and content, and authorize us to process it only to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
Quotive is provided as a productivity tool. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting or commercial advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made based on user-provided information.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these terms, put the platform at risk or affect other users. You may stop using the service and request deletion or export of data according to the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
